1. Consolidate and upload bidding documents to Quest CDN bid documents website. 2. Provide an advertisement for the public bidding of the project. The County will send the Invitation to Bid to media outlets for advertisement, and pay advertising fees. 3. Provide project coordination with the County throughout the bidding period. 4. Review, research, and prepare answers to technical questions during bidding. 5. Prepare addenda as necessary to clarify bid documents. Addenda will be distributed by the Engineer. For scoping purposes this scope assumes two addenda will be prepared. Addenda will be consolidated into one pdf electronic file and uploaded to the Quest CDN website. 6. Coordinate, attend, and facilitate a pre-bid conference forthe project at the airport. Prepare meeting agenda, sign -in sheet. The Project Manager will attend the pre-bid conference. 7. The County will facilitate the bid opening and provide the Engineer with copies of all bid packages received. 8. Prepare bid tabulation and prepare a Bid Analysis Letter to the Airport for award of bid. It is assumed the County will issue the Notice of Award letter. DELIVERABLES: • PDF bid documents for upload to Quest CDN website • Bid tabulation/Bid Analysis Letter • Recommendation of Award Letter EXCLUSIONS: The following items are excluded from this scope, but as necessary will be included in a subsequent contract task order. Excluded work items include: • Construction inspection services • Wetland mitigation monitoring services ASSUMPTIONS: • Geotechnical investigations collected as part of the Environmental Assessment (ELN AIP -015) will be relied upon to inform the design of this project • An initial assessment of the viability and justification for on-site mitigation was conducted as part of the EA. This information was described in a memo titled Justification for Wetland Mitigation at Bowers Field (ELN) dated December 9, 2021 written by Jacobs Engineering for Kittitas County and the information and mitigation concept presented in this memo will be utilized and advanced for this design project.
