DELIVERABLES: <br />® A Mitigation Plan, based on current Kittitas County Critical Areas Ordinance. <br />TASK 6 — Preliminary (60% and 90%) Design <br />1. The project manager and project engineer will make one (1) site visit and inspection during the survey. <br />2. Design existing pavement demolition, grading, planting and temporary irrigation for the proposed <br />mitigation. <br />3. Prepare 60% technical specifications related to the mitigation, grading, planting and temporary <br />irrigation plans for inclusion in the contract manual. <br />4. Prepare 60% construction cost estimate. <br />5. Prepare 60% Plan Set —Approximately 12 sheets <br />• Coversheet <br />• Survey control plan <br />• Construction work area/phasing/safety plan <br />• Erosion control plan <br />• Erosion control details <br />• Demolition plan <br />• Grading plans and details (2 sheets) <br />• Planting plan <br />• Planting details <br />• Temporary irrigation plan <br />• Temporary irrigation details <br />6. The project manager and project engineer will attend a 60% virtual review meeting with the County to <br />discuss the 60% design. <br />Prepare a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Notice of Intent (NOI) and <br />Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) permit application and obtain the permit on behalf of <br />the County. The County will pay permit application fees. <br />8. Prepare construction phasing recommendations, construction operations and safety plan and prepare <br />associated report to FAA requirements. Submit the construction safety and phasing plan (CSPP) to <br />FAA, along with 60% safety and phasing plans, for approval. <br />9. Prepare preliminary 90% contract documents, including contract boilerplate and technical <br />specifications for the Project. <br />10. Prepare 90% construction cost estimate. <br />
