The prime consultant for this project is Century West Engineering. Century West Engineering will hire a subcontractor to <br />provide wetland specialist and topographic services. <br />The activities and work elements for each task are described as follows. <br />TASK 1— Project Management <br />Administrative tasks will include the following: <br />1. Perform pre -design coordination with the County and FAA, using the FAA pre -design conference checklist as a <br />basis of the scope development. This effort includes attending and participating in one conference call <br />meeting with the County and FAA. <br />2. Finalize work scope, schedule, and negotiate contract with the County. <br />3. Provide the County with documents needed for obtaining an independent fee estimate (IFE) by a separate <br />Engineer. <br />4. Carry out project administration including, but not limited to monitoring design and project schedules, <br />coordination of project with the County, monitoring and reporting technical and budget issues to the County, <br />preparation of monthly consultant invoices for submittal to the County. Assume 4 hours per month over a 6 - <br />month period. <br />5. Coordinate project team and sub -consultants. <br />6. Provide a project schedule to the County and FAA. Up to 3 revisions are anticipated. <br />7. Prepare an AIP Design Grant application and associated sketches. It is assumed one grant will be issued for <br />design. This task includes assisting the County with submittal of FAA Sponsor Certification forms. <br />8. Assist the County in the administration and reporting for FAA and/or other funding programs and <br />development of overall program costs. Assume 2 hours per month over a 6 -month period. <br />9. Prepare and submit an FAA form 7460 for temporary construction activities. Up to 2 submittals are <br />anticipated. <br />30. Prepare and submit up to two (2) FAA Quarterly Performance Reports and annual financial reporting (forms <br />425, and 270/271). <br />11. Perform DBE plan/goal reporting for FY 2022. An update of the County's DBE goal is not included in this scope. <br />TASK 2 — Survey & Base Map Set Up <br />1. Topographical Survey Services. Perform full topographic survey of the project site. The area is approximately <br />2.5 acres. The consultant will engage a utility locate firm to denote and mark on -airport utilities within the <br />project site. <br />2. Consultant will prepare a (CAD) base map using the topographic survey completed in Task 2.1 and <br />supplemented with mapping from previous projects on the airport provided by the County. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />
