Jail Water Update — Patti informed the Board that the water to the Jail will be cut tomorrow <br />at 3:30, she said it won't affect the Courthouse, but the Jail would be down. Discussion was <br />held on old pipe and installing a new shut off value. Patti informed the Board that she has <br />been working with the command staff on a plan for when the water is shut off to begin the <br />repair, stating that the estimate to be down is 6 hours. Patti informed the Board that so far, <br />she has spent $35,000 on the project. <br />DLR Group — Patti shared with the Board two possible designs for a new Courthouse at the <br />Airport location. Discussion was held on setback, moving it out of the industrial area to leave <br />more commercial space and having the Government building in front of the Jail. A brief <br />discussion was held on bonds. <br />OTHER BUSINESS: <br />At 2:30 p.m. Commissioner Wright announced the Board would recess into executive session <br />for 10 minutes per RCW 42.3 0.110 (g) To evaluate the qualifications of an applicant for public <br />employment or to review the performance of a public employee.
