Kittitas Community Development Services February 19, 2022
411 N Ruby St. Suite 2
Ellensburg, WA 98926

Re: Long Plat 22-00001 “Suncadia Phase 2 Division 7”

My husband and I are new home owners in Suncadia. We have roots to the area going back to
the late 1800’s. We are hoping the development as designed be revised to create a safer and more
environmentally friendly community. We have extremely limited access to our home. With only
one entry, from Bullfrog Road, we are concerned in times of emergency our community would
not be able to evacuate. With the addition of this new development the congestion will be even
greater and the safety reduced accordingly.
We hope a new access would be provided to ensure our safety and the safety of others.
We are also asking that the number of new homes be reduced and moved much farther from the
existing creek to help preserve the environment and allow for the movement of deer and elk.

Thank you for your consideration.
Michele Jaderlund
Index #24
