4.1 Collaboration* <br />4.2 Promoting Local <br />*trustness <br />4.3 Host Hotel* <br />Yes, KEEN partners with several groups in Kittitas County and across the state to <br />promote and encourage tourism. <br />For Bird Fest we specifically partner with Seattle, Kittitas and Yakima County <br />Audubon groups and the Kittitas County Field and Stream Club. These <br />organizations provide expertise, field trip leaders, event volunteers, and planning <br />committee members. <br />We also work with CWU interns and professors, expert field trip leaders from around <br />the state, and WA Staie Parks for the location of the event. This event would not be <br />successful without {hese partnershipsl <br />We also partner with Canyon River Ranch Lodge for the dinner, auction, and social <br />gathering space for the event. <br />We highlight downtown Ellensburg by adding art activities ai Gallery One, downtown <br />tours with the historical museum, ask downtown businesses to run specials for bird <br />festers who bring in their passes during the weekend.
