assessments, and data calls. Non-participation may result in withholding of funding underfuture grant years. 4. EQUIPMENTAND SUPPLY MANAGEMENTa. The Subrecipient and any non-federalentity to which the Subrecipient makes a subaward shall comply with 2 CFR 200.317 through 200.327, and all Washington State procurement statutes, when procuring any equipment or supplies underthis Agreement, 2 CFR 200.313for management of equipment, and 2 CFR 200.314 for mariagement of supplies, toinclude, but not limited to: i. Upon successful completion of the terms of this Agreement, all equipment and supplies purchased through this Agreement will be owned by the buUrecipient,or a recognized non-federal entity to which the Subrecipient has mdOe a subaward, for which a contract, Subrecipient grant agreement, or other means of legaltransfer of ownership is in place. ii. All equipment, a.nd supplies as applicable, purchased under this Agreement will be recorded and maintained in the subrecipient's inventory systemi iii. lnventory system records shallinclude: A, Description of the property B, Manufacturefs serial number, or other identification number C, Funding source for the property, including the Federal Award ldentification Number (FAtN) D. Assistance Listings Number (formerly CFDA Number) E. Who hotds the tifle F, Acquisition date G. Cost of the property and the percentage of federal participation in the cost H. Location, use, and condition of the property at the date the information was reported l. Disposition data including the date of disposat and sale price of the property. iv' The Subrecipient shall take a physical inventory of the equipment, and supplies as applicable, and reconclle the results with the property records at least once every two year9. Any differences between quantities determined by the physical inspection and those shown in the records shall be investigated'Uy tne Subrecipient lo determine the cause of the difference. The Subrec'ipient shall, in connection with the inventory, verify the existence, current utilization, and continued need for the equipment. v. The Subrecipient shall be responsible for any and all operational and maintenance expenses and for the safe operation of their equipment and supplbs including all questions of liability. The Subrecipient shali develop appropriate maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the equipment,'and'suiplies as applicable, are well maintained and kept in good operating condition. vl' The Subrecipient shalldevelop a controlsystem to ensure adequale safeguards to prevent loss, damage, and theft of the property. Any loss, damage, or thJft shallbe investigated, and a repod generated and seni to the Defartment's Key Personnel. vii.
