<br />The successful candidale is required to conlplete WSBDC ceriificalion \1,ithin six mor-rlhs of being hired

<br />Commiltee. Upon success{ulconrplelion, the candidate will be designaled a Certified Business Advisor
<br />(CBA) and tarill be expected lo complete 32 hours of professional tlevelopn-ren1 and conlinuing
<br />education.
<br />Currently:
<br />-Strong computer skills including demonstraled proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and
<br />Excel.
<br />-l'he successful candidale must complete SBDC certificalion within six months a{ter being lrired - or
<br />be making satisfactory progress toward completion, as determined by the SBDC's Certification and
<br />Ptofessional Developnrenl Conrmillee, Llpqn successful conrpletion tlre candid.rle v/ill be designated a
<br />Certilied Business Advisor (CBA). CBAs will be expected to pursue on-9oing proiessional clevelopmenl
<br />aricj ccrnlinuing education lo maintain their certification.
