COVID-1 I lnfOrmaiion lf you had a planned event in 2020 or 2021. wheiher tirey were able io take place or noi. please describ*o any
successes and challenges you experienced.
We are a community that is learning how to adapt and plan for safe gatherings. We
are meeting and planning a safe and fun Memorial Day Celebration. At this time,
those plans include a 2019 style of celebration. Parade, Street Fair. car and
motorcycle show, KidZone and maybe more. As we work to plan a "normal"
celebration, we are keeping our minds open to the potential of needing to adapt
should there be restriction due to health concerns. We've learned a lot about
planning and have used some of those methods for the several other evenis that
Easton offers. We are hopeful and excited about bringing our community and our
visitors together to celebrate our Nation, each other, and those we lost.
We will continue to network with other organizations. such as the Roslyn Downtown
Association. Cle Elum Downtown Association, Suncadia Resort and other tourism
related partners io expand our marketing reach and collaboratively market our
events.
2500 character lilnit
Additional lnformation
Supporting Documents
Previous Years
Awarded Lodging Tax
Grants *
Overall Attendnace
Past Actual*
3,000
Past Actual *
1,501
?500 character limal
'/ou rlay llploarl any supporlillg tiocirnenis such as cJraphs. images, diaq, ants rrarketinq materials rt{1.
Western Washington Zip Code Survey Results.pdf 29732KB
Eastern Washington Zip Code Survey Results.pdf 290K8
Projected KidZone 2022.pdt g6.57KB
You are allowed lo sUbryrit up to:l single pafre iUS Lellet) docr!ments in Jpc. pDF or TIFF fctrnat
7l Previous Lodging Tax Grant lnformation
Number of people travelling more than 50 miles for your event?
i las yout avenl received Lodging Tax lunds iI prevtous years'l
: No, this event/project has not previously received Lodging Tax Funding
, Yes, 1 year previous
' , Yes, 2 years previous
" Yes. 3 or more years previous
Projected *
4,000
Projected *
2.500
Number of people traveling from outside WA State for your event?
Past Actual* Projected *
77
The number of overnight guests who stay in paid accommodations in Kittitas County
for your event
PastActual* Projected*
