This statement of work is supported by federa I funds that require compliance with the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA or the Transparency Act). The purpose of the Transparency Act is to make information available online so the public can see how the federal funds are spent. To comply with this act and be eligible to perform the activities in this statement of work, the LHJ must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS®) number. Information about the LHJ and this statement of work will be made available on USASpending_gov by DOH as required by P.L. 109-282. Program Specific Requirements/Narrative • Contractorshall ensure, and shall require of its subcontractor, that services provided by the subcontractor are provided in accordance with the terms and co nditions of the Contract; and Contractoris responsible for the acts and omissions of the subcontractor. • Contractorshall ensure that the subcontractorand subcontractor's staff who will have unsupervised accessto children or vulnerable adults served unde r the Contract have each completed and received a satisfactory background check before providing services to DSHS clients, as required under the Contract. • Contractorshall ensure that the subcontractorhas and maintains insurance with the same types and limits of coverage as requ ired of the Contractor under the Contract.
