Response 3: <br />Measuring Results* <br />Describe holv you will promole your eveDUactiviiy/fac'liiy to altract tourists. <br />Measuring Results: We will use paid registrations and attendance counts for <br />attendees and for the free public classes to track attendees. (Direct count) <br />We will ask the Host Hotels and Campgrounds for paid room or camp spot counts <br />when we set up the reservation blocks. And retrieve that information post <br />conference. (Direct count) <br />Representative Survey: We will send out a Survey Monkey to all attendees and <br />instructors post conference. <br />ln the past 6 months SARVAC has conducted surveys to establish the interest level <br />in continuing this Conference and the responses indicate the need and desire to <br />attend the Washington State Search and Rescue Conference. Outlook for 400 for <br />the June 2022 conference remains strong. <br />2500 characler lmtit <br />Application Questions. Part 3 <br />4l Collaboration <br />lf your organization collaborates or has created partnerships with other organizations, groups, or other events, <br />how is this accomplished? <br />4.1 Collaboration*This conference's success depends on a collaborative efforl with local Hotels, <br />Restaurants, Businesses, City of Ellensburg, Kittitas County, Kittitas County <br />Chamber of Commerce and volunteer organizations: Washington SARVAC, Kittitas <br />County Search and Rescue, WA State Department of Emergency Management, <br />Kittitas County Sheriffs Office, Pierce County Search and Rescue, yakima County <br />Search and Rescue and the Kittitas Valley Event Center. <br />We also work with Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce to assisl with tourism <br />information. <br />Local Hotels are contacted to arrange blocks of rooms for regisiration and preferred <br />fares and rates. <br />WSECU contribuied to the success of the Conference last year and we continue to <br />look for additional sponsors for this event. <br />For 2022 we will use local catering or food truck(s) on site and collaborate with local <br />businesses, restaurants and Breweries. <br />2500 characler Ii11it <br />\:t
