XV. LOCAL LABOR <br />PURCHASER will provide, at PURCHASER's sole cost and expense, the following labor: <br />LABOR CALL: LOAD -IN <br />Stage Hands 4 <br />Electricians 1 <br />Spot Operators - <br />Forklift Operator 1 (if required) <br />SHOW CALL LOAD -OUT <br />4 <br />1 (house lights) 1 <br />Equal to number of spots available - <br />1 (if required) <br />Runner — NEEDED WITH VEHICLE FROM LOAD -IN UNTIL COMPLETION OF LOAD OUT. <br />A.) STAGEHANDS: There should be no overlap between duties of stagehands, security and ushers. <br />Maintaining a consistent crew is critical in order to ensure that a smooth load -in and load -out are <br />possible. All stagehands MUST be English-speaking and completely sober for the entire work day from <br />ARTIST arrival until end of load -out. CLOSE -TOED SHOES ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL <br />STAGEHANDS TO WEAR FROM FOR ALL OF LOAD -IN, SHOW CALL, AND ALL OF <br />LOADOUT <br />B.) ELECTRICIANS: Unless electrician is a separate labor call (building staff, contract electrician, <br />required union electrician, etc), this position can be filled and included as one of the stagehands call. <br />Electrician MUST be trained, qualified, experienced, English-speaking, and completely sober for the <br />entire work day from ARTIST arrival until end of load -out. <br />C.) SPOT OPERATORS: Requires experienced personnel, NO TRAINEES. All spot operators MUST <br />be English speaking and completely sober for the entire work day from ARTIST arrival until end of <br />load -out. Production company must install working C1earCom (with all required belt packs, <br />one-piece ear headsets, and cabling) between all Follow -Spot locations and the Iighting technician <br />operating the lights during ARTIST performance <br />D.) RUNNER: Runner should be of legal age to operate a carat their disposal all daylong. Runner's <br />vehicle should be in good working order and must be capable of carrying up to eight (8) adults <br />comfortably. The runner should have no overlapping duties, such as running for the caterer or the <br />venue. The runner must be able to handle money and be responsible for the money handled. <br />E.) FORKLIFT OPERATOR: If venue load -in/ load -out logistics require that a forklift and forklift <br />operator be used to transport gear, then the forklift will be in excellent operating condition and will <br />have forklift extensions available that will be able to lift an assembled 8'w x 8'd riser onto the stage if <br />need be. Forklift operator MUST be trained, qualified, experienced, English speaking, and completely <br />sober for the entire work day from ARTIST arrival until end of load -out. <br />EASTON CORBIN RIDER 14 <br />Revised 08 April, 2020 <br />
