XVI. SECURITY PER ADVANCE <br />A.) SECURITY GUARDS: PURCHASER will guarantee at least two (2) security guards for stage, <br />dressing rooms, and bus protection of ARTIST and ARTIST'S band and crew, their instruments and <br />property from the time of load -in until load -out is completed after PERFORMANCE. This security <br />will also include "FRONT OF STAGE" security during PERFORMANCE. <br />B.) OVERNIGHT: If ARTIST is doing two (2) or more PERFORMA(�iYES—t "urge (.1) location, or if an <br />early load -in situation requires ARTI nd banaTtHe4ve equipqwnteat venue aver kt—a <br />pers�wWi e ed from the gWcial time the work ends -u—n—til the official time the work begins the <br />f2 kA Jpliawtng day. INSTRUMENTS: PURCHASER will be liable for any damage to and/or theft of, ARTIST'S and <br />U u w ARTIST'S band's/crew's personal instruments and property that is directly attributable to negligence <br />0:.4 o on the part of PURCHASER and/or PURCHASER'S representative should damage and/or theft occur <br />during the said period from load -in until load -out is completed after ARTIST'S PERFORMANCE. <br />=U19 <br />D.,) VEHICLES: PURCHASER will be liable for any damage to and/or theft of and/or from ARTIST'S <br />w <br />buses or trucks that is directly attributable to negligence on the part of PURCHASER and/or <br />z z I PURCHASER'S representative should such damage and/or theft occur while said buses or trucks are at <br />the PERFORMANCE premises during said period from load -in until load -out is completed after <br />ARTIST'S PERFORMANCE. <br />E.) AUTOGRAPHS: Should ARTIST decide to sign autographs, security guards will be provided by <br />PURCHASER at PURCHASER'S sole cost and expense. The decision of ARTIST to grant autographs <br />will be at ARTIST'S sole discretion. Under NO circumstances will PURCHASER commit ARTIST to <br />signing. <br />XVII. CATERIN(, <br />A.) LOAD -IN: PURCHASER agrees to provide the following for ARTIST'S crew and band delivered to dressing <br />room at scheduled load -in; We were very thoughtful in making this list so that we have what we deem essential. If <br />you need to adjust, please discuss with tour manager first.
