C.) DIMMERS: <br />Dimmers should be "state of the art" quality and of more than sufficient numbers and power to cover <br />necessary lighting instruments as well as any added special effects lighting. <br />D.) FOLLOW -SPOTS: <br />PURCHASER will 12rovide, at PURCHASER'S sole cost and expense, at least two (2) follow -spots, <br />each of an appropriate size, lumen rating, and throw to match venue specifications. Please also provide <br />sufficient quantity of operators to control each follow -spot for the entire duration of ARTIST <br />performance. Final decisions regarding follow -spots to be determined with production manager <br />upon advance. <br />E.) TRUSS: <br />Minimum truss requirements call for the safe and proper rigging of an upstage and downstage truss, <br />each of an appropriate width to match the performance area of the stage. Downstage truss should be <br />flown out at least 4' AWAY from the downstage edge as to adequately light ARTIST and performers' <br />faces even if they are standing on the downstage lip. Upstage truss should be flown at minimum 15' <br />above upstage edge to accommodate EC Touring cloth backdrop (see next section). Upstage truss <br />should hang just BEHIND upstage edge (off deck) if at all possible. <br />F.) BACKDROP: <br />EC TOURING requires that production company provide a truss or pipe capable of hanging a 40'W x <br />20'H blow -through cloth backdrop weighing 25lbs. Minimum trim height to hang is 15' upstage. <br />Minimum width of truss or pipe to hang is 32'. <br />EC TOURING will provide the above-mentioned cloth blow -through backdrop. <br />NOTE: IfARTIST is the actprior to headline artist, production company must provide the truss <br />or pipe to be able to hang the 40'WX 20'H251b blow through backdrop at appropriate stage <br />depth to allow use of backdrop during ARTIST's set (i.e. in front of headliner's backdrop/ <br />upstage wall/ etc) <br />NOTE: Black Backdrop should be supplied by production company venue to conceal backstage <br />sightline. <br />G.) LIGHTING SYSTEM SET-UP TIME: PURCHASER will ensure that the lighting system is <br />SET-UP and OPERABLE, ready to focus, at least six (6) hours prior to start of PERFORMANCE. <br />H.) SYSTEM TECHNICIAN: PURCHASER agrees to provide two (2) skilled lighting technicians <br />familiar with the lighting system from load -in until end of PERFORMANCE to set up, focus, and <br />operate lighting system per instructions from ARTIST'S representative. <br />EASTON CORBIN RIDER 13 <br />Revised 08 April, 2020 <br />
