Parcel. address. and name of landowner of site where tree(s) are located.2. Description of size. health. and species of tree(s) evaluated. <br />3. Description of factors related to potential impacts to human health or structures posed bv <br />evaluated tree(s). <br />4. Alternative methods (orunino. cablinq. etc.) considered.5. Location of nearbv critical areas (wetlands. streams. steep slopes. landslides. floodplains, <br />shorelines. etc.).6. Prooosed methods for removal.7. Size end enaniac nf treee if anrr <br />8. Site map showinq parcel lines. structures. evaluated trees. critical areas. utilities, and other <br />pertinent information described in the report.9. Date of field evaluation and siqnature of arborist or forester, <br />10. Qualifications of arborist or forester authorinq the repoft. <br />17A.02.410 HazardousSubstances. <br />"Hazardous Substances" means any liquid, solid. oas. or sludge. including any material. substance, <br />product. commodity. or waste. regardless of quantity. that exhibits anv of the phvsical. chemical, or <br />biologicalproperties described in WAC 173-303-090 or 173-303-100. <br />174.02.430 HvdricSoil. <br />"Hvdric soil"means a soil fhat is satrrrafed ed- or oonded lono enouoh durino the orowino <br />season to develop anaerobic conditions in the upper part. <br />17A.02.440 HyporheicZone. <br />"Hyporheic zone" means the saturated zone located beneath and adjacent to streams that contains <br />some portion of surface waters. serves as a filter for nutrients. and maintains water quality. <br />174.02.450 lmperviousSurface. <br />"lmpervious Surface" means a hard surface area which either prevents or retards the entry of water <br />into the soil surface and subsoils. such as would occur under natural conditions prior to <br />development. or which causes water to run off the surface in qreater quantities or at an increased <br />rate of flow relative to natural conditions prior to development.
