ByplacinganorderunderthisParticipatingAddendum,eachPurchasingEntityagreestobeboundbythetermsandconditionsofthisParticipatingAddendum,includingtheMasterAgreement.EachPurchasingEntityshallberesponsibleforitscompliancewithsuchtermsandconditions.3.PARTICIPATINGSTATEMODIFICATIONSORADDITIONSTOMASTERAGREEMENT:3.1.WASHINGTON'SELECTRONICBUSINEssSOLUTIONS(WEBS)SYSTEM:Withinseven(7)daysofexecutionofthisParticipatingAddendum,contractorshallregisterintheWashingtonStateDepartmentofEnterpriseServices'ElectronicBusinessSolutions(WEBS)SystematWEBS.Contractorshallensurethatallofitsinformationthereiniscurrentandaccurateandthat,throughoutthetermoftheMasterAgreement,ContractorshallmaintainanaccurateprofileinWEBS.3.2.WA5HINGTON'SSTATEWIDEPAYEEDESK:Tobepaidforcontractsales,contractorsmustregisterwithWashington'sStatewidePayeeDesk.Washingtonstateagenciescannotmakepaymentstoacontractoruntilitisregistered.Registrationmaterialsareavailablehere:ReceivingPaymentfromtheState.3.3.CONTRACTSALEsREPORTING:ContractorshallreporttotalcontractsalesquarterlytoEnterpriseServices,assetforthbelow.(a)REPORTING.ContractorshallreportquarterlyContractsalesinEnterpriseServices'ContractSalesReportingSystem.EnterpriseServiceswillprovidecontractorwithaloginpasswordandavendornumber.(b)DATA.EachsalesreportmustidentifyeveryauthorizedPurchasingEntitybynameasitisknowntoEnterpriseServicesanditstotalcombinedsalesamountinvoicedduringthereportingperiod(i.e.,salesofanentireagencyorpoliticalsubdivision,notitsindividualsubsections).The"Miscellaneous"optionmaybeusedonlywithpriorapprovalbyEnterpriseServices.Uponrequest,ContractorshallprovidecontactinformationforallauthorizedPurchasingEntitiesspecifiedhereinduringthetermofthisParticipatingAddendum.RefersalesreportingquestionstothePrimaryContactsetforthbelow.Iftherearenocontractsalesduringthereportingperiod,Contractormustreportzerosales.(c)DUEDATESFORCONTRACTSALESREPORTING.QuarterlyContractSalesReportsmustbesubmittedelectronicallybythefollowingdeadlinesforallsalesinvoicedduringtheapplicablecalendarquarter:ForCalendarQuarterEndingContractSalesReportDueMarch31April30June30July31September30October31December31January313.4.VENDORMANAGEMENTFEE:ContractorshallpaytoEnterpriseServicesavendormanagementfee("VMF")of1.5percentonthepurchasepriceforallcontractsales(thepurchasepriceisthetotalinvoicepricelessapplicablesalestax)authorizedbythisParticipatingAddendum.(a)ThesumowedbyContractortoEnterpriseServicesasaresultoftheVMFiscalculatedasfollows:PARTiclPATINGADDENDUM-No.06619:CoPIERS&MANAGEDPRINTSERVICESPage3(Rev.2019-12-01)USA-SEC-2020-SllCA-107350
