AGREEMENTNowTHEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualpromises,covenants,andconditionssetforthherein,thepartiesheretoherebyagreeasfollows:LSCOPE:ThisParticipatingAddendumcoversthecompetitiveprocurementforCopiersandManagedPrintServicesledbytheStateofColoradoforusebystateagenciesandotherentitieslocatedintheParticipatingStateauthorizedbythatstate'sstatutestoutilizestatecontractswiththepriorapprovaloftheState'schiefprocurementofficial.Thefollowingproductsandservicesareincludedinthiscontractportfolio:•GroupA-MFD,A3•GroupB-MFD,A4•GroupC-ProductionEquipment•GroupD-Single-functionPrinters•GroupF-Scanners•Supplies•Software2.PARTICIPATION:UseofspecificNASPOValuePointcooperativecontractsbyagencies,politicalsubdivisionsandotherentities(includingcooperatives)authorizedbyanindividualstate'sstatutestousestatecontractsaresubjecttothepriorapprovaloftherespectiveStatechiefprocurementofficial.IssuesofinterpretationandeligibilityforparticipationaresolelywithintheauthorityoftheStatechiefprocurementofficial.PursuanttothisParticipatingAddendum,theMasterAgreementmaybeutilizedbythefollowing("PurchasingEntities"or"Purchasers"):(a)WASHINGTONSTATEAGENCIEs.AllWashingtonstateagencies,departments,offices,divisions,boards,andcommissions.(b)WASHINGTONSTATEINSTITUTIONSOFHIGHEREDUCATION(COLLEGES).AnythefollowingspecificinstitutionsofhighereducationinWashington:•Stateuniversities-i.e.,UniversityofWashington&WashingtonStateUniversity;•Regionaluniversities-i.e.,CentralWashingtonUniversity,EasternWashingtonUniversity,&WesternWashingtonUniversity•EvergreenStateCollege;•Communitycolleges;and•Technicalcolleges.(c)MCUAPARTIES.TheMasterAgreementalsomaybeutilizedbyanyofthefollowingtypesofentitiesthathaveexecutedaMasterContractUsageAgreement(MCUA)withEnterpriseServices:•Politicalsubdivisions(e.g.,counties,cities,schooldistricts,publicutilitydistricts,ports)intheStateofWashington;•Federalgovernmentalagenciesorentities;•Public-benefitnonprofitcorporations(i.e.,§501(c)(3)nonprofitcorporationsthatreceivefederal,state,orlocalfunding);and•Federally-recognizedIndianTribeslocatedintheStateofWashington.PARTICIPATINGADDENDUM-No.06619:CoPIERS&MANAGEDPRINTSERVICESPage2(Rev.2019-12-01)USA-SEC-2020-SllCA-107350
