This iswhy we directed our communications to your Fire Chief. If the Fire Chief is not your <br />representative, please indicate who is. If there is more contact information, or if there is a regular <br />meeting at which we can attend to hear your concerns, please let us know. <br />To ERLC's knowledge, throughout the approval process for both the plat and now for this <br />development agreement, the Fire District has never raised questions aboui the ability to deliver <br />Emergency Medical Services to Marian Meadows or that EMT services were an issue. This is <br />inclusive of written form or in any forum that we are aware of, prior to the Development <br />Agreement public hearing. Based on the surprise appearance of a Commissioner at the public <br />hearing, raising such concerns for the first time, we must ask the Fire District to provide the <br />following: <br />L The outline requested above that was never received.2. Adetail of all projects within the Fire District's jurisdiction that have been asked to provide <br />rnitigatiorr for emergency medical services at any time over the last l7 years.3. An explanation of any mitigation that has been required for any other divelopment within <br />the Fire District's jurisdictions and how that mitigation was arrived at.4' A written commitment from the Fire District regarding who its representatives are. One <br />Commissioner cannot appear at the next hearing and purport to speak for everyone, when <br />Easton Ridge Land Company has specifically Leached out ro and is actively working with <br />the District's Fire Marshal and Easton water District commissioners. <br />We look forward to hearing from you and learning of the Fire District Emergency Medical needs <br />and how these relate to the Marian Meadows development.
