3.5 <br />3.6 <br />3.7 <br />3.8 <br />Attachment 1 to Amendment 2 - Scope of Work <br />expected to include the following sections: (1) Hydraulic Assessment (to support the <br />certification and reduced freeboard request); (2) Embankment protection; (3) <br />Embankment and foundation stability; (4) settlement; (5) lnterior drainage; (6) <br />Attachments as needed. <br />Complete internal QA/QC review of the draft Levee Technical Report and submit it to <br />the City and/or County for review and comments. <br />Review city and/or county comments and prepare recommended responses. <br />Meet with the city and/or County to review comments, recommended responses, and <br />obtain direction. <br />Prepare the final Levee Technical Report to support the CLOMR and certification <br />process. <br />Task 3 Deliverables <br />. Draft and final Levee Technical Report (PDF format). <br />Task 3 Assumptions <br />. No new suruey or geotechnical exploration is required, or suruey work is provided by the <br />County. <br />c As-built data/documentation is available for the lower levee - including levee <br />construction documentation, cross-section, materials, and crest elevations. lf as-buitt <br />data is not available then survey and/or geotechnical fietd work coutd be needed, which <br />wauld require additional funds. <br />o Field visit involves fwo Aspect engineers for one day.. WSE provides 2-D modeling resulfs and maps to supportthe technical anatyses (flood <br />exfenfs, BFEs, depths, velocities, etc.).. WSE coordinates with Aspect about flood flows for the flood discharge uncertainty <br />analysis (for the reduced freeboard request), uses fheir 2-D modet to complete the <br />analysis, and provides resu/fs fo Aspecf for incorporation into the report.. lt is possrb/e fhaf issues could arise during the technical analysisprocess fhaf <br />necessrtafe desrgn modifications not covered by Amendment 2.. City prepares Levee Sysfem Operations Plan, Maintenance Plan (OP & MP).. Only minor changes due to comments an the draft report (no new or significant re-work). <br />Amendment 2 Task 4: Coordinate with city, County, and FEMA During Design and <br />Levee Gertification and GLOMR Processes <br />Aspect will coordinale with the City, County, FEMA, and other agencies and stakeholders as <br />needed during the project.
