Assumptions: <br />The County will collect and distribute RFIs and KPFF's responses to/from the <br />Contractor. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Review and provide responses to RFIs (PDF) <br />Task 5.50 — Record Drawings <br />As -built redlines will be provided by the County and/or Contractor after the completion of <br />construction. These redlines will be used to create Record Drawings which will conform <br />to the County's requirements. The Record Drawings will not contain the stamp and seal <br />of the Engineer of Record. <br />Assumptions: <br />The County will compile a complete red -line set of the Contractor's record <br />drawings and distribute to KPFF. <br />The draft Record Drawings will be subject to one (1) round of review and <br />comment by the County <br />Deliverables: <br />Draft Record Drawings (PDF) <br />• Final Record Drawings (PDF) <br />Task 5.60 — Construction Inspection Services <br />KPFF will provide construction inspection services for the structural components of the <br />project. These include: <br />• Steel repair <br />• Concrete repair <br />• Expansion joint repair/replacement <br />KPFF will provide an on-site inspector to observe key construction activities for the <br />aforementioned structural elements. Tasks include: <br />Monitor and document the Contractor's work and activities for compliance with <br />approved Contract Documents. Complete daily reports for project records and <br />coordinate with the County and Contractor, as needed <br />Monitor the Contractor's quality control processes for the work performed. <br />Observe material, workmanship and construction activities for compliance with <br />the Contract Documents and applicable codes and notify the Contractor of <br />noncompliance. Advise the Engineer -of -Record and the County of all non- <br />conforming work observed <br />
