Task 5.20 — Project Meetings & Coordination KPFF will attend the following meetings for the construction phase of the project: • Pre -Bid Meeting, two (2) hours in duration • Pre -Construction Meeting, two (2) hours in duration • Construction Meetings, assume eight (8) meetings, each two (2) hours in duration KPFF will coordinate with the County to discuss project issues, schedule, progress, and general coordination of effort as needed. Anticipated coordination is expected to include review of construction progress, answer informal questions from the County and/or Contractor, and other similar tasks. Assumptions: The pre-bid meeting and pre -construction meetings are assumed to occur in- person at the County offices or at the Contractor's field office in the Ellensburg area. Four (4) of the of the construction meetings are assumed to occur via tele/video conference. The remaining four (4) meetings are assumed to occur at the bridge site or at the County offices. Deliverables: Meeting agendas and notes (PDF) Task 5.30 — Construction Submittal Reviews KPFF will review and respond to submittals received during construction. Submittals could include shop drawings, requests for approval of materials, scaffolding/containment plans, repair procedures and other related items. For the purposes of this scope, it is assumed that KPFF will review and respond to twenty-five (25) submittals. Assumptions: The County will collect and distribute submittals and KPFF's responses to/from the Contractor. Deliverables: P Review and provide responses to construction submittals (PDF) Task 5.40 — Requests for Information (RF1s) KPFF will review and respond to RFIs received during construction. For the purposes of this scope, it is assumed that KPFF will review and respond to fifteen (15) RFls.
