Assumptions • The bridge can be closed to traffic during construction. No construction phasing is required. • Specifications will conform to the WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction. • KPFF will provide specifications (Divisions 1-9) including front-end documents. The County will provide boilerplate documents and templates for KPFF's use. The County will compile all bid documents and prepare the bid proposal for advertisement. • The County will distribute and collect comments on design submittals. All comments will be compiled into one, complete document. Comments will be returned to KPFF within 1 week of each design submittal • The County will lead all coordination with external Stakeholders and WSDOT Local Programs • The County will provide CADD templates and standards for the project. • While not anticipated, the County will provide survey information for the bridge and approaches if needed. • Traffic control plans and details will not be submitted at the 30% design deliverables. Deliverables • Design Plans at 30%, 75%, 99% and Bid Document submittals (PDF) Technical Specifications at 75%, 99% and Bid Document submittals (Word Document) t. Construction Cost Estimate at 30%, 75%, 99% and Bid Document submittals (PDF and/or Excel) • Comment responses to 30%, 75% and 99% design submittals (Excel) TASK NO. 5.0 — CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT SERVICES Task 5.10 — Invoicing and Progress Reports KPFF and Akana will prepare and submit a monthly invoice and progress report. KPFF will combine both invoices and progress reports into one, complete document for submittal to the County. The progress report will describe the work represented by the invoice being submitted and include percentage completion and billings to date.
