• KPFF — 8 meetings • ESA — 3 meetings KPFF will coordinate with the County to discuss project issues, schedule, progress, and general coordination of effort as needed. Anticipated coordination is expected to include review of field inspection plan, traffic control scheduling, responding to questions and comments on the recommended repair alternatives, and general project coordination. Assumptions: • Each meeting will last one (1) hour and will be held via phone or teleconference. Deliverables: • Meeting agendas and notes (PDF) Task 1.30 — Management Reserve Reserve funds have been allocated for additional, out -of -scope tasks. If requested by the County, KPFF and/or ESA will provide a brief scope and fee estimate for these tasks. No work will proceed without written notice -to -proceed from the County. Assumptions: For the purposes of scoping, a management reserve of $25,000 is included in the fee estimate. Deliverables: To be determined and agreed upon based on the request(s) of the County and as authorized by the County. TASK NO. 2.0 — ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITTING Task 2.10 ---Agency Coordination ESA will coordinate with the County and WSDOT Local Programs staff to determine the appropriate approach for environmental review, documentation, and permitting. ESA will work closely with WSDOT Local Programs (WSDOT) and the County to define a clear purpose and need statement, determine the correct level of documentation, and identify project elements that could trigger additional or more intensive environmental permitting. After ESA has documented the existing conditions of the project site, and prior to completing the impact analyses, the team will again coordinate with WSDOT staff to confirm the original assumptions for project approach. As part of this task, ESA will attend three virtual meetings with County and WSDOT staff.
