willassisttheCountyindiscussionswiththeContractorconcerningthepotentialimpactofproposedorissuedChangeOrders.JACOBSwillprovidemonthlyreportstotheCountyastothestatusoftheconstructionschedule,dateofcompletion,contractprice,retainage,pendingchangestothecontractpriceorcompletiondateandotherissuesmaterialtothecostandtimeforcompletionofconstruction.Assumptions:•Additionaldesignandengineeringservicestopreparedrawings,specificationsandotherinformationwillbeconsideredasAdditionalServices•JACOBSwillnotissuedecisionsonContractorclaimsordisputes•JACOBSwillnotundertakecomprehensiveanddetailedinvestigationoranalysisofContractor'sclaimsanddisputes,norparticipateinjudicÍaloralternativedisputeresolutionproceduresfortheclaimsanddisputes,suchserviceswillbeconsideredAdditionalServices•JACOBS'serviceswithinthistaskarebaseduponthetaskscopeasanticipatedatthetimethattheseservicesareagreed.DeviationsfromtheanticipatedscopewillmateriallyaffecttheseservicesandJACOBS'compensationfortheservicesandwillrequireanadjustment•Additionaltesting,inspectionandsurveyserviceswillbeconsideredAdditionalServicesandarenotcoveredinthisamendment.Thisincludestransmittalandcoordinationoftheadditionalreports,findings,andotherinformationtotheContractor/County•TheCountywillcontractdirectlywiththeContractorandwillbeactivelyinvolvedintheconstructionprocesstomakedecisions,provideapprovals,andperformotheractionsnecessaryforthecompletionoftheconstruction•TheCountywillcontractdirectlywiththefieldinspectorandwillbeactivelyinvolvedofthemanagementofthefieldinspector.•JACOBS'servicesarebaseduponthescheduleordurationofconstructionanticipatedatthetimethattheseservicesareagreed.DeviationsfromtheanticipatedscheduleordurationofconstructionwillmateriallyaffectthescopeoftheseservicesandJACOBS'compensationfortheservicesandwillrequireanadjustmenttoJACOBS'compensation•EngineeringandtechnicalservicesthatarerequiredtoinvestigatethesubsurfaceorphysicalconditionsshallbeconsideredanAdditionalService•Executionofconstructionandconstructionrelatedtaskswillnotbedelayedbytraveland/orself-isolationrestrictionslocallyornationallyimposedduetoCOVID-19.JACOBSisnotresponsibleforschedulechangesrelatedtoCOVID-19•Executionofconstructioncontractadministrationserviceswillnotbedelayedbytraveland/orself-isolationrestrictionslocallyornationallyimposedduetoCOVID-19.JACOBSisnotresponsibleforschedulechangesrelatedtoCOVID-19Deliverables:•One(1)draftandfinalpre-constructionmeetingagenda•One(1)hourpre-constructionmeetingsupportedbytwo(2)JacobspersonnelheldinaccordancewithlocalandnationalguidelinesrelatedtoCOVID-19•Pre-constructionconferencemeetingsummary•ChangeOrderdocuments
