•Two(2)reviewsessionsofuptotwenty(20)shopdrawingsubmissionsfromtheContractorpersession•Additionaldesignandengineeringservicestoprepareorreviewdrawings,specificationsandotherinformationwillbeconsideredasAdditionalServices•JACOBS'servicesarebaseduponthescheduleordurationofconstructionanticipatedatthetimethattheseservicesareagreed.DeviationsfromtheanticipatedscheduleordurationofconstructionwillmateriallyaffectthescopeoftheseservicesandJACOBS'compensationfortheservicesandwillrequireanadjustmenttoJACOBS'compensation•Executionofservicesduringconstructionwillnotbedelayedbytraveland/orself-isolationrestrictionslocallyornationallyimposedduetoCOVID-19.JACOBSisnotresponsibleforschedulechangesrelatedtoCOVID-19Deliverables:•DocumentloginMicrosoftExcelorcomparablesoftware•CorrespondenceloginMicrosoftExcelorcomparablesoftware•Shopdrawing,sampleandsubmittalloginMicrosoftExcelorcomparablesoftware•Uptofive(5)designchangenoticesTask4:ConstructionContractAdministrationPre-ConstructionConference-JACOBSshallcoordinateandattendonepre-constructionconferencewiththeContractortoreviewtheprojectcommunication,coordinationandotherproceduresanddiscusstheContractor'sgeneralworkplanandrequirementsfortheproject.JACOBSwilldevelopasummaryoftheresultsofthisconference.ConstructionContractAdministration-JACOBSwillverifythattherequiredpermits,bondsandinsurancehavebeenobtainedandsubmittedbytheContractor.JACOBSwillreceiveandreviewtheContractor'srequestsforpayment.JACOBSwilldeterminewhethertheamountrequestedreflectstheprogressoftheContractor'sworkandisinaccordancewiththecontractforconstruction.JACOBSshallproviderecommendationstotheCountyastotheacceptabilityoftherequests.JACOBSwilladvisetheCountyastothestatusofthetotalamountsrequested,paid,andremainingtobepaidunderthetermsofthecontractforconstruction.RecommendationbyJACOBStotheCountyforpaymentwillbebaseduponJACOBS'knowledge,informationandbelieffromitsobservationsoftheworkonsiteandselectedsamplingthattheworkhasprogressedtothepointindicated.SuchrecommendationsdonotrepresentthatcontinuousordetailedexaminationshavebeenmadebyJACOBStoascertainthattheContractorhascompletedtheworkinexactaccordancewiththecontractforconstruction;thatJACOBShasmadeanexaminationtoascertainhoworforwhatpurposetheContractorhasusedthemoneyspaid;thattitletoanyofthework,materialsorequipmenthaspassedtotheCountyfreeandclearofliens,claims,securityinterests,orencumbrances.JACOBSwillcoordinateallwrittencommunicationsamongtheContractor,JACOBSandtheCountyduringconstruction.ContractadministrationwillbedonevirtuallybyJACOBS.
