•One(1)reportofbidreviewandevaluation•RecommendationofawardTask3:ServicesDuringConstructionJACOBSwillprovideservicestoassistincoordinatingthesiteactivities,administeringthecontractforconstruction,monitoringthecontractor'sperformance,respondingtodesignandtechnicalsubmittals,andclosingoutthecontractforconstruction.DocumentManagementProcedures-JACOBSwillestablishasetofproceduresformanaging,trackingandstoringallrelevantdocumentsbetweentheContractor,JACOBSandCountyproducedduringtheBid/Award,ConstructionandCloseoutphasesoftheprojectutilizingSharePoint,ProjectWise,orasimilarplatform.ShouldtheCountyrequireaspecificsystemotherthanSharePoint,theCountywilladviseJACOBSinadvanceandwillcompensateJACOBSforanyadditionalcostsincurred.JACOBSwill,incoordinationwiththeCounty,maintainhardcopyrecords,suitablyorganized,ofallrelevantdocumentation.JACOBSwilllogandtrackrelevantcorrespondenceanddocumentsbetweentheCounty,JACOBSandtheContractor.JACOBSwillassisttheCountyinmonitoringalloutstandingdecisions,approvalsorresponsesrequiredfromtheCounty.ShopDrawings,Samples,andSubmittals-JACOBSwillobtainfromtheContractoraproposedshopdrawingandsubmittalschedule,whichshallidentifyallshopdrawings,samplesandsubmittalsrequiredbythecontractforconstruction,alongwiththeanticipateddatesforsubmission.JACOBSwillcoordinatewiththedesignteamforthereviewsoftheContractor'sshopdrawings,samples,andothersubmittals.JACOBSwilllogandtrackallshopdrawings,samplesandsubmittals.RequestforInformation(RFI),DesignChangeNotice(DCN)-JACOBSwillreviewtheContractor'srequestsforinformationorclarificationofthecontractforconstruction.JACOBSwillcoordinatesuchreviewwiththeconstructionoversightteamandwiththeCountyasappropriate.JACOBSwillcoordinateandissueresponsestotherequests.JACOBSwillassisttheCountyinreviewingandrespondingtotheContractor'srequestsforsubstitutionofmaterialsandequipment.JACOBSwillreviewsuchrequestsandwilladvisetheCountyastotheacceptabilityofsuchsubstitutions.JACOBSwilldevelopuptofive(5)designchangenotices.Assumptions:•JACOBSanddesignteam'sreviewofallshopdrawings,samplesandsubmittalsshallbeforgeneralconformancewiththedesignconceptandgeneralcompliancewiththerequirementsofthecontractforconstruction.SuchreviewshallnotrelievetheContractorfromitsresponsibilityforperformanceinaccordancewiththecontractforconstruction,norissuchreviewaguaranteethattheworkcoveredbytheshopdrawings,samplesandsubmittalsisfreeoferrors,inconsistenciesoromissions
