Adopted by the Board of County Commissioners February 3, 2009 31organizations distributing vouchers and divert these funds to the FISH Food Bank. Provide financial opportunities for agencies to improve and/or develop new emergency, transitional or permanent affordable housing facilities in Kittitas County. Create a process for use of the 2163 and 2160 funds for this purpose. March 2009 HAHC Prevent homelessness through financial assistance to property owners to offset maintenance and repair costs to low income housing to preserve these properties for low income persons. Create a process for use of the 2163 and 2160 funds for this purpose. March 2009 HAHC Increase the number of housing opportunities available for single persons and disenfranchised populations. Support agencies seeking grants to address housing issues for single persons and disenfranchised populations. Facilitate community discussion leading to the establishment of an Oxford House in the county. March 2009 HAHC funding support to interested agencies. September 2009 HAHC will bring interested agencies together to start this discussion. Provide sufficient and coordinated supportive services to homeless households to access the assistance, housing and tools they need to obtain and maintain permanent housing. Connect homeless population to services Plan and implement Project Kittitas County Connects. Fall 2009-January 2010 Continuum of Care Committee supported by the HAHC
