Adopted by the Board of County Commissioners February 3, 2009 30 Section 8 – Appendices A. 2009 Priority Focus Areas for Kittitas County 10-yr. Plan Kittitas County will maintain a focus on addressing the three priority areas set in this Plan: Move homeless people into housing first and provide sufficient and coordinated supportive service delivery and prevent homelessness. Specific goals within those priority areas are: Priority Area Goal Target Date and Responsible Agencies Housing First Increase emergency housing capacity in Kittitas County Establish an enhanced 24/7 Crisis Line with the capacity to provide vouchers to persons for food and shelter after hours and on weekends. Pursue formal arrangement with local motel to provide emergency housing on a 24/7 basis. Identify 2163/2160 funds to be used to provide vouchers for these needs. Meet with local agencies and the faith-based community, identify gaps in current use of vouchers, and Develop reimbursement plan for faith-based June 2009 HAHC, Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health (current operator of the Crisis Line), HAHC
