<br />By reviewing our guest register and through verbal interaction with guests, we have
<br />found that 620/ool our guests in the year 2019 (5,163 of 8,328) were from the 50+
<br />mile range. We have found with the 2019 offerings that more individuals will visit for
<br />a day-trip or overnight trip from the 50+ mile distance. Visitors from Washington
<br />State primarily came from Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Bellevue, Bellingham,
<br />Puyallup, Renton, and Snohomish. Holuever, rae have had visitors from 45 states
<br />with them primarily being from California, Oregon, Florida, Texas, Idaho, Arizona,
<br />Wyoming, Montana, Wisconsin, and North Carolina.
<br />lnternational visitors came from Argentina, Australia, Canada, China, Colombia,
<br />France, Germany, lndonesia, lsrael, Japan, Mexico, Moldova, the Netherlands, New
<br />Zealand, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sueden, Thailand, United Arab Emiraies,
<br />and the United Kingdom.
<br />For 2A20, visitation as remained just as strong, with guests visiting the museum
<br />recently from around the world.
<br />Additionally, our social media reach has been predominalely to those ouiside of the
<br />50+ mile distance, with our top cities following primarily registering as Seattle,
<br />Taconra, Portland, Spokane, Kennewick, Vancouver (WA), Everett, Port Orchard,
<br />and Auburn.
<br />We have ascertained the data from our register book that indicates lecture
<br />attendees came from as far as the Tri-Cities, Renton, lssaquah, Moses Lake,
<br />Portland, OR, and even Georgia, beyond those from Kittitas County. ln most cases,
<br />most had heard about the lectures from social media marketing and promotion.
<br />We anticipate with more lectures vre will have more guests from the 50+ mile
<br />disiance. Many of our 2021 presenters are knorarn to draw attendees from the Tri-
<br />Cities, Northeast Oregon, Wenatchee. and Spokane. With the planned promotions,
<br />ure e&ect greater interest and visitation from ihe areas of Seattle-Tacoma,
<br />Portland. Oregon, and Eastern Washington. As viewers tune in to our virtual
<br />lecture series and videos, we anticipate a greater reach throughout the entire
<br />vlesiern United States.
<br />Additional events and activities, including new exhibits, have aliaays proven to be of
<br />interest to those looking to day-trip or overnight in Ellensburg and Kittitas County.
<br />We are looking to promoie exhibits between historical sites and museums in and
<br />throughout Ellensburg and Kittitas County as well as Central Washington in 2021.
