Response 3: <br />Measuring Results* <br />Application Questions: Part 3 <br />Describe how you will prorrote your evenvactivity/f3oilily b attract tourists. <br />EDE will uork with the Encore Media group to publish our 2021 Season and target <br />niche performance publications in the Seattle area. We'll also vr,ork with the WA <br />State Arts Alliance, and other statewide arts organiza tions io promote our season. <br />Locally rire'll u'acrk with the Chanrber to use social media, print media, and radio to <br />highlight our show and profile our dancers. <br />The drawof professional dancers will easily attract a broader audience and our <br />past productions show that clearly. <br />ln addition, the collaboration agreement \Mth CWU allows these productions to be <br />included in the CWU Theatre Season and therefore included in all CWU mailings <br />and advertising as r,vell as the CWU website. Tickets for the show are sold through <br />the CWU ticket office and plans are in the rrrorks to allow the Kittitas County Visitor <br />Center as a ticketing location as vr,ell. <br />2500 character limt <br />4lCollaboration <br />lf your organization collaborates or has created partnerships with other organizations, groups, or other <br />events, how is this accomplished? <br />4.1 Collaboration*Key partnerships for EDE include CWU. particularly the Orchesis Dance Company <br />and the Theatre Arts Departmeni. ln the pasi u/e have also had live music at The <br />Nutcracker Ballet performed by members of CWU Orchestra. <br />We also work closely with dancers from Central Washington Dance Academy. the <br />Eugerre Ballet, Pacific NW Ballet, and other dance companies. Those links will be framed with a "you should take extra tinre <br />and take a look around Kittitas County" message- <br />That message will be reiterated through facebook posts which lead lo the <br />lvebsite lodging page and thus ticket sales. <br />We will seek community sponsors for this event.
