Future Plans*EDE strives to use tickets sales from the previous production along with donations <br />from arts patrons, sponsors and fundraisers to fund future productions and help us <br />grow. <br />EDE engages in annual fundrarsing. has member dues, and looks for sponsors for <br />every production. We have a very committed board of dance parents who act as <br />boosters for our company and support our dancers in every vvay. <br />EDE's collaboration agreenrent with CWU staies that 30% of the tickets sales and a <br />fee of $1,500.00 are paid to CWU. This pays for the use of McConnell Hall, CWU <br />Lighting and Stage Staff, Stage Manager, House Manager and other expenses. <br />Also. this arrangement allous these productions io be included in the CWU Theatre <br />Season and therefore included in all CWU mailings and advertising as well as the <br />CWU uebsile. Tickets for the show are sold through the CWU ticket office and <br />plans are in the mrks to allow the Kittitas County Visitor Center as a ticketing <br />location as well. <br />We lucrk to keep our ticket prices low so that our community members can afford io <br />atterrd and perhaps support us with larger donations over time. <br />2500 r:haracter lirit <br />Application Questions: ?arL 4 <br />6l Additional lnformation <br />Provide any additional information which will assist the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee in evaluating your <br />project and its benefit to tourism. <br />2020 lnformation ii you had a planned evenl in 2020, whether it'las able to take placo or not. please describe any srtccesses and <br />challenges you experierrced. <br />EDE had plans for Alice in Wonderland as a spring showand The Nutcracker Ballet <br />for winter. Both had to be cancelled due to covid. Our rehearsals start nronths <br />ahead of the performances and so r,ve had spent funds on artistic direcior studio <br />rental fees.
