4.1 Collaboration* <br />4.2 Promoting Local* <br />BUSINCSS <br />Roslyn Downtovvn Association Wll work Wth the Chamber of Commerce and Central <br />Washington Outdoor County tourism to promote events to a wide-ranging <br />audience. <br />We will have distribution points throughout the downtoranr core to have information <br />about the local area and expand county-wide information, including the Visitor's <br />Guide, the Kittitas County maps, Tribune visiior's guide, etc. We will utilize the <br />chamber's channels to promote the ef{orts of RDA on their r,rcbsite, calendar, <br />ueekly emails to menrbers, and have RDA materials at the visitor centers. <br />RDA meets with dolvntown business o\nners, Ciiy and County personal, Rotary, <br />School District, and other community organizations around the region sharing, <br />listening, and learning about their respective communily efforts and activities. <br />Also, the RDA recently partnered with Forterra.These relationships shine a light on <br />all of our collective endeavors. We plan to continue a partnership with the Chamber of <br />Commerce, continue to solicit sponsors for each event, and continue community <br />cenlered and volunteer based "in house" vr,ork for these events to keep costs low <br />u,hile still remaining extremely effective. lf r,re are able io open for events, ue will <br />include plans that may introduce hybrid efforts for everyone to be involved.
