Response 3: <br />Measuring Results* <br />Describe how you will pronote your evenVactivrty/facility to attract toJrisls. <br />The RDA will provide the Chamber's Central Washington Visitors Guide, the <br />Tribune'sExplore the Kittitas County guide and the local Visitors Map at the RDA <br />Visitor Center and event vr,elcome tables. <br />We also have a link on our Website to the centralwashingtoncolor.com website and <br />actively direct people to the information <br />available there as \,ell as the Chamber of Commerce vr,ebsite. <br />Kittitas County Chamber has taken the lead in rnnrking wiih the RDA and will <br />provide: <br />o Facebook insights and Google Analytics that will help with the measurement from <br />the online nrarketing channels. We will continue to monitor online activity and <br />increases in traffic <br />o Event registrations, ufren applicable, will help with tracking information lp codes, <br />overnight stays, etc. <br />o There will be information gathered at the various events through surveys <br />registraiion forms, and lp code gathering in businesses. Also, rrork with the hotels <br />on collecting data on room stays in relation to events. <br />o STAR reports to see if the peak acconrmodation demand correlates with events <br />or aclivities in the dowrtourn. <br />o Event surveys will include a request for lp code, howthey heard about the <br />eveni, whether or not they are staying overnight in a hotel.
