Fiscal <br />monitoring completed in <br />person, web conference, <br />phone, or via email as <br />needed. <br />within the fiscal year. If <br />project monitoring <br />documents major <br />deficiencies or corrective <br />action, the Subrecipient will <br />be monitored again within <br />the fiscal year. Project <br />monitoring can be <br />scheduled more frequently <br />if deemed necessary by <br />DOH, or if agreed upon by <br />both parties. <br /> <br />Due: Fiscal monitoring. <br />Each Subrecipient receives <br />one (1) annual fiscal <br />monitoring visit every other <br />year, unless Subrecipient <br />monitoring results in <br />corrective action or finding, <br />in which case Subrecipient <br />will be monitored again the <br />following year. Fiscal <br />monitoring can be <br />scheduled more frequently <br />if deemed necessary by <br />DOH, or if agreed upon by <br />both parties.
