Arden Thomas gave background on the existing agreement with <br />Aspect for consulting services related to the water banking program. <br />Arden Thomas continued that the agreement has no end date and a <br />number of contract changes have been implemented to add new tasks to <br />the original scope of work. Arden Thomas added that staff would like <br />to finish out the tasks under this agreement, close out the agreement <br />and then solicit for on-call services to address future services that <br />may be needed. Discussion was held.
