Following is a brief description of the tasks of <br />work outlined in the gantt chart on the <br />preceding page. <br />Task 1a: Conduct wayfindine retreat <br />We will conduct a workshop with you, your <br />Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), <br />Lodging Tax Advisory Commission (LTAC), <br />Public Lands Advisory Committee (PLAC), and <br />other stakeholders you deem appropriate to <br />review and strategize about: <br />. Your wayfinding vision - as defined in your <br />Yakima River Public Access Plan and Kittitas <br />County Tourism Infrastructure Plan including <br />Yakima River public access sites, campgrounds, <br />and boat launches accessible from state <br />highways, city, and county roads.. Your Wayfinding Advisorv Committee <br />(WAC) - specifically including the following <br />representatives and public access site owners:. Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC). Public Land Advisory Committee (PLAC). US Forest Service (USFS) <br />. Washington State Department of Fish & <br />Wildllfe (WDFW) <br />. Your wayfinding outreach - including who <br />and how to involve other public, nonprofit, and <br />for-profit jurisdictions and agencies, community <br />organizations, businesses, and the public. <br />Based on your workshop participants review, we <br />will make any scope of work adjustments <br />appropriate. <br />Task 2a: Create alternative concepts <br />We will develop alternative river directory and <br />wayfinding concepts with you and your <br />1.
