We will create full-size mockups, photomontages, site installations, and other representative displays of the alternative concepts for evaluation. Task 2b: Review concepts We will review the alternative directory and wayfinding design concepts, destinations, and routings with you, your Wayfinding Advisory Committee (WAC), others you deem appropriate, and the public during a series of workshops and open houses. Conduct onen on alternative concepts - to review and critique the concepts with interested public and private 4 organizations, property and business owners, and the public. Following the reviews - you, your Wayfinding Advisory Committee (WAC), and others you deem appropriate will select a preferred wayfinding and river diredctory concept to refine. Task 2c: Refine preferred concept Based on the results of task 2b, we will refine your preferred wayfinding and river directory concepts to reflect the critiques, suggestions, and other comments you deem appropriate. We will also program and evaluate the following fabrication, installation, phasing, and funding particulars: . In-house production - including estimated materials, labor, and other indirect costs associated with producing and maintaining wayfinding and directory signage elements by your Public Works staff - and the resulting impact on quality as well as other Public Works staff workloads.. Contract production - including estimated bidding and production costs, oversight requirements, and sign maintenance and replacement costs and issues if the initial or all river directory and wayfinding elements are produced by contract bid and construction with installation by your Public Works staff.. Phasing sequences - that reflect overall strategies that produce the most immediate and Iong lasting impact whether river directory and wayfinding elements are produced in-house or by contract bid..
