Hand sanitizer will be made available <br />Clubs will be sanitized after each use <br />Various Yard Games <br />We have several yard games available for people to enjoy around the gift shop area. They include <br />o Rubber duck races (hand water pumps) <br />o Horse shoes <br />. Giant Jenga <br />r Cornhole <br />We believe that having hand sanitizer available and including these in our regular sanitizing schedule will <br />mitigate potential exposure <br />Silo Caf6 <br />All cooking is done off-site, in a commercial kitchen. We use our Silo Caf6/BBQ Shack as a prep kitchen <br />and food service area <br />We obtain a permit from the Health Department each year and have continually had excellent <br />inspections <br />Overallfood prep/service will include the following: <br />r All employees will be masked <br />o Those handling food will be wearing masks and gloves <br />. QR code/single use menus will be provided <br />o Guests, guided by social distancing signage, will order and pay at one point/window and pick-up <br />food at the next <br />r As always, we will follow good food handling practices (i.e. gloves, tongs, those handling food <br />won't handle money/or will change gloves, etc.) <br />o Credit/debit cards and/or prepayment at the gift shop will be encouraged <br />o Guests will have plenty of room to stand and wait for their number to be called <br />r lf a line forms, we will ask folks to find a table and we will deliver their order <br />r All ketchup/mustard, etc. will be in single service containers <br />r All tables will be sanitized after guest use <br />o Hand sanitizer will be made available at the food service area <br />r Proper table spacing is a non-issue, as we are in the wide open, with plenty of room <br />Gift Shop <br />The gift shop is a36x24 pole building with 12-foot ceilings and two roll-up 8'garage doors, which are <br />always open during business hours <br />This space is used for paying for both agricultural and retails goods, as well as activities <br />ln order to accommodate social distancing while in the shop, displays will be removed/reduced and <br />signage will be added <br />We will also be adding a pay station, which will spread people out and move them through quicker <br />And, as is everywhere there is guest contact on the farm, we will be making hand sanitizer available and <br />using a regular sanitization schedule
