Hand sanitizer will be provided at the entrance
The handrail alongside the stairs and surrounding the wagon is a stained/sealed wood and will be easy
to sanitize between rides
Jack's Kids Zone
Our play zone is designed for kids from 2 to about 1"0
It consists of:
r A wooden play structure with swings, monkey bars, mini rock-climbing wall and cargo net for
climbing
o A grassy slide hill with tires to climb to the top and several slides coming down three sides
o A ballgame where baseballs are thrown through various sized holes
o Buried treasure hunt which provides %ton of corn kernels, in a L0' galvanized trough, for the
kids to climb in a search for candy
o Tire swings
o Ride on bouncy pony hops (large inflatable plastics balls), with cloth horse shaped coverings
e Playhouse
o Sit on diggers/excavators in a sand pit
We plan to remove the buried treasure activity, as it involves kids "swimming" in corn kernels that can't
be sanitized and the buried treasure is small candies, which are often eaten on the spot, causing hand-
to-mouth contact. We also plan to remove the cloth coverings from the pony hops, leaving a smooth
plastic surface that will be easy to sanitize
The remaining activities have primarily solid surfaces and don't encourage any hand-to-mouth/hand-to-
face contact. They are simple swing, slide, play activities, no different than our city parks. We will be
sanitizing allsurfaces every 30-45 minutes and sanitizer/paper towels willalso be made available for
parent use, should they want to sanitize a specific play space for their child(ren) before they play
Pumpkin Chuckers
These are four giant sling shots, side-by-side, placed six feet apart by the nature of the activity
This is a fully staffed activity that again, attracts families - often competing against one another
While the sling shot itself is made of cloth, it will be easy for the person staffing this station to require
hand sanitizer be used prior to starting
We will also be wrapping the single cloth handle in a solid surface material, that can be sanitized as part
of our cleaning schedule
Trike Course
These are solid surface "race" trikes designed for kids and adults
Again, these are family units riding together/racing each other
Hand sanitizer will be made available and each trike will be sanitized after use
Putt-Putt Golf
Family units will be play against one another
The clubs are solid surface
