Jacobs has planned for the following to address this work area: up to 100 hours. Jacobs shall provide <br />services as requested and directed by the COUNTY representative up until this hour threshold. <br />Any work under this task requires specific prior written authorization from the County. Written <br />authorization may be granted only after Jacobs submits both a written scope and cost for the additional <br />work, which is reviewed and specifically negotiated by the COUNTY representative. If services are <br />requested by the COUNTY that exceed this allocation of hours, Jacobs will advise and obtain additional <br />funding from the COUNTY before proceeding. <br />Schedule <br />The following key milestone dates form the basis of delivery of this SOW (as the project progresses, <br />these dates are subject to change). Phase 6 Engineering work is scheduled to be complete in September <br />2020. Jacobs' estimated engineering fee is <br />summarized in the following table. COUNTY will be notified of any changes to the estimated level of <br />effort and costs associated with this scope, and if necessary, changes to the approved estimate fee will <br />be discussed and agreed upon via change order in advance of exceeding the project budget. <br />
