Layout, Elevation, Cross-section, bridge <br />notes, Cost Estimate) <br />c. 60% Plan Set (6-8 sheets, updated cost estimate, GSP run -list, 30% comment resolution) <br />d. 100% Draft Plans (6-8 sheets, updated cost estimate, PDF of GSP's or run -list and PSE <br />files, pending final review by County. 90% comment resolution and complete PS&E.) <br />e. 100% Stamped and Signed Plans (Stamped and Signed Contract Documents — bid ready) <br />Task 07 — Right of Way <br />Right of Way and Acquisition <br />a. Review COUNTY -provided documents to assess acquisition need(s). <br />b. Prepare one (1) Site Inspection Report. <br />c. Review report and title exceptions (I parcel). <br />d. Identify fee interest ownership (1 parcel). <br />e. Prepare a Project Funding Estimate and prepare one (1) AOS worksheet. <br />f. Prepare and set up acquisition file: Right -of -Way acquisition (1 parcel). <br />g. Conduct negotiations for the purchase of real property in accordance with the <br />COUNTY's approved Right -of -Way Procedures, federal & state requirements, the <br />guidelines included in WSDOT's Local Agency manual, and the policies and procedures <br />in the Right -of -Way manual. Maximum of 22 hours. <br />h. Prepare offer package and present offer to one property owner. A maximum of three (3) <br />attempts. <br />i. Prepare one (I) administrative settlement justification report. <br />j. Prepare one (1) status report per month (maximum of 5 reports). <br />k. Maintain one (1) parcel diary. <br />
