Assist the COUNTY in recording the property and/or property rights. <br />m. Prepare draft and final acquisition documents approved by the COUNTY attorney. <br />n. Deliver completed files to the COUNTY. <br />2. Deliverables <br />a. One site Inspection Report <br />b. One Parcel Summary Memo <br />c. One Draft Easement and Acquisition document <br />d. One Final Easement and Acquisition document <br />e. One complete set of files for COUNTY record <br />Task 08 — Civil, Plans, and MOT Assistance <br />This is a small hold Task for Jacobs to provide reviews as needed or requested for County products, <br />including civil designs, plans, specifications, and estimates, or other relevant documentation. <br />TASK ORDER ASSUMPTIONS: <br />1. General <br />a. The Jacobs Project Manager has the ability to move budget/hours between Tasks to meet <br />deliverables. <br />b. The COUNTY is performing the following work: plans, specifications, and estimate <br />(excluding structural plans, specs, & estimate); staging/detour plans and MOT plans; all <br />roadway and civil design; stormwater analysis/design; survey; utilities coordination and <br />arranging relocation; traffic control during geotechnical work; drainage design; walls at <br />bridge approaches, roadside safety; purchase of title reports; right-of-way plan <br />development and filing; bid documents. <br />c. The County will provide existing right-of-way plans and legal descriptions of parcel(s) in <br />project area. <br />d. No assistance during construction is included in this scope. <br />e. Fairview Road will be closed during construction. <br />f Coordination with FHWA or WSDOT Local Programs will not be required. <br />2. Geotechnical <br />a. Traffic control for drilling process will be provided by County crews. <br />3. Hydraulic Analysis <br />a. The County will provide historic hydrology data where possible, including site <br />information, photos, cross section data, historic aerial imagery, prior geomorphic studies, <br />and reference reach data. <br />b. The current culverts are not within any FEMA Flood Hazard Boundary. It is assumed the <br />proposed bridge and channel realignment will meet County Floodplain Code and <br />therefore a no -rise analysis is not required. <br />c. A sediment transport model will not be developed. It is assumed the proposed structures <br />will allow for natural sediment movement by following WDFW guidelines. <br />d. The creek design will utilize the existing creek alignment and geomorphic features (e.g. <br />creek substrate, woody material, etc). <br />4. Environmental <br />a. The Biological Assessment that will be prepared will be No Effect. <br />b. The US Army Corps of Engineers will issue a CWA Section 404 NWP 14. <br />c. Section 106 will be determined as "May Affect", and will require SHPO concurrence <br />
