Identification of committed changes (based on the County's current 6 -year Transportation <br />Improvement Program) to area roadways and intersections. <br />H. Summary of Project Conditions. <br />1. Summary table of AM peak hour, PM peak hour and daily trip generation. Include trip <br />generation for other periods as identified in the scoping letter. <br />2. Map of study area showing trip distribution for each peak hour analyzed. <br />3. Map showing development trip assignments for PM peak hour (and other) by indicating <br />turning movement volumes at intersections. <br />4. Map of study area with future (target year of roadway completion), PM (and other) peak <br />hour intersection turning movements including volumes from pipeline projects and <br />assigned project trips. Volumes for pipeline projects shall be obtained from copies of <br />previous TIA reports available from the County. <br />5. Review of site access and circulation including analysis of sight distances and sight triangles <br />for development access points. <br />6. Identification of proposed channelization and traffic controls for development access <br />points. <br />7. Identification of proposed frontage improvements and relationship to planned bicycle and <br />pedestrian facilities. <br />8. Identification of roadway and intersection improvements planned to be constructed by the <br />County or other development. <br />9. Table of the future LOS under project conditions at the study intersections and including all <br />development access points. <br />I. Summary of Concurrency Evaluation <br />1. List of identified pipeline projects included in the analysis. <br />2. Map showing the existing volumes on the arterial network. <br />3. Map showing the net new daily volumes added by the project on the arterial roadway <br />network. <br />4. Map showing the total daily volume (existing + pipeline + project) for arterial road <br />segments.
