analysis determines that the applicant's TIA analysis resulted in erroneous conclusions, omitted <br />factual data, or did not exercise adequate care in its preparation, the County will require the <br />applicant to provide repayment of the full cost of the independent transportation impact analysis, <br />in addition to all fees identified under KCC 12.02.030 <br />12.04.02.060 Transportation Impact Analysis Format and Requited Elements. <br />The transportation impact analysis shall be submitted to the County for review. It shall include each of the <br />following elements and follow the general format outlined below: <br />A. Cover sheet (include name and location of project, applicant, engineer and date). <br />B. Engineer's stamp and signature. <br />C. Table of contents. <br />D. Description of Proposed Development Project. <br />1. Type and units of development using ITE Trip Generation land use categories. <br />2. Vicinity map, including depiction of major streets and intersections in the study area. <br />3. Site plan, including proposed driveways, streets, parking facilities, and internal circulation <br />for vehicles, pedestrians, and bicyclists. <br />E. Description of the Project Setting. <br />1. Description and map of the existing roadway system within project site and surrounding <br />area. <br />2. Description of nearest public transit system serving the project site. <br />3. Description of existing and planned bicycle and pedestrian facilities serving the project site, <br />including potential connections to nearby schools and parks. <br />4. Description of any geometric deficiencies or other hazards that will impact the development <br />of the site. <br />F Inventory of Study Area Existing Conditions. <br />1. Map of study area showing existing intersection channelization, speed limits and traffic <br />controls devices. <br />2. Map of study area with weekday PM (and other) peak hour turning movements. <br />3. Table of existing peak hour levels of service for study intersections. <br />4. Summary table of crash data for the study intersections. <br />G. Summary of Future Background Conditions. <br />1.
