1. Required Notice: Two working day notice. Inspection must be complete prior to pouring <br />concrete. <br />2. Inspection Details: To verify proper forming and preparation for concrete in accordance <br />with the approved plans, and these standards. If the scope of the project is such that <br />forming of curb and sidewalk is completed in stages, each such stage shall be inspected <br />separately. <br />N. Curb and Sidewalk Placement: <br />1. Required Notice: Two working day notice. <br />2. Inspection Details: To check placement of concrete in accordance with the approved <br />plans, and these standards. <br />I Pre -Paving: <br />1. Required Notice: Two working day notice. <br />2. Inspection Details: Prior to paving, to verify that all work to date has been constructed in <br />accordance with the approved plans, and these standards. <br />J. Paving: <br />1. Required Notice: Three working day notice in advance of paving with hot mix asphalt or <br />Portland cement concrete. <br />2. Inspection Details: To verify paving and compaction, or placement of concrete roadway is <br />in accordance with the approved plans, and these standards. <br />K. Structural: <br />1. Required Notice: Three working day notice prior to each of critical stages such as placing <br />foundation piling or footings, placement and assembly of major components, and <br />completion of structure and approaches. <br />2. Inspection Details: Tests and certification requirements will be as directed by the County <br />Engineer. <br />L. Final Inspection: <br />1. Required Notice: Five working day notice. <br />2. Inspection Details: Overall check of project site, to verify completion of paving and <br />associated appurtenances and improvements, traffic control devices, electrical systems, <br />utility installation, cleaning of drainage system, edge restoration, seeding, planting, and all <br />necessary clean-up in accordance with the approved plans and these standards. <br />3.
