We'll provide a contingency amount in our numbers to cover miscellaneous items due to predesign phase. <br />Question: should the 20M include soft costs ( A/E fees, taxes, furnishings)? <br />Once we know some of the items above that may help determine what spaces could be moved to a new facility, <br />if any. <br />All items will be a bird's eye view to determine which items can be pursued in greater detail. <br />Thoughts?? <br />Hope you have a great day.
