It looks like there have been a few sales of vacant land (Central Comm and
Comm Highway) and the sales have been around 200,000 to 222,000 for a 14,000 +/- lot. So f you were to ask that per the 5
lots, equally, you would be Looking at about $58o,000 for all the land. But f you sell some of the smaller pieces you maybe able
to get a little higher per lot.
In regards to the Permit building — there have been a few sales downtown (The one on the corner of 4th _ 11g E. 4'
h and the 425
S. Main) and then on the outskirts ( The Moose Lodge 2o6 S. Main and the old attorney offLce at 200 E. 3rd). The ones
downtown are older and have office spaces and their building sq is 13, 464 for the 4th Ave building and 20, 400 in the Main
Street building — they sold at $46o,000 and $535000. The newer buildings - the attorneys building at 20o E. 3rd was 4784 SF
and the Moose was 7,000 sf — they sold at $68o,000 and $800,000. 1 think the Permit building would fall in the 500,000
range somewhere.
Please let me know f you have any other questions — Happy Wednesday!
Take Care,
Susan
*Please change my contact info to my new email address - Susan wSusanFerrell.com
