expense of the restroom facility is paid for through the general <br />fund with no contribution from Grant County PUD. Mark Cook <br />added that another issue is a gate that was put up by Grant <br />County PUD and the overflow of parking at the property. Mark <br />Cook continued that after conversations with Grant County PUD <br />they are unwilling to improve the overflow parking site. <br />Undersheriff Clay Myers spoke about the issue giving further <br />background on the gate and parking issues. Lindsey Ozbolt <br />commented on the issue as well. Discussion was held. Direction <br />was given for Public Works staff to draft a property ownership <br />map of the area and discuss the potential for Grant County FUD <br />to take over the property. <br />NOTAM FILING <br />Mark Cook reported that during the Fixed Based Operator <br />transition there were issues with NOTAMs being tiled. Mark Cook <br />continued that earlier this morning himself and Candie Leader <br />along with Central Washington University staff attended a <br />training to file E-NOTAMs. This will allow for better tracking <br />and a more secure way of filing them.
