What constitutes "clean" for one person
may not be clean for another. Therefore we have clear, objective, attainable, and measureable
standards of what is acceptable and what is not.
The Kittitas Valley Event Center strives to be clean and tidy in order to meet hygiene standards. We
know that accumulation of contaminants, such as grease, dirt and bacteria are very common
occurrences in a commercial/public setting.
Over time, contamination is inevitably jammed into the nooks and corners of our facilities, often in
places that are not seen especially in the kitchens, bathrooms and meeting rooms. We address this
expected build-up by creating a regular schedule of kitchen, bathroom, and meeting room deep cleaning
Kittitas Valley Event Center Cleaning Action Plan 2017 3 1 P a g e
