TASK 2 — INFORMATION GATHERING & CODE REVIEW <br />Objective: Gather, collate, and interpret available project information. Meet with users and <br />county project staff to determine what the project needs are. Perform a code and zoning review <br />to understand regulatory constraints of the site. <br />1. Perform research, code review, and zoning evaluation. <br />2. Conduct information workshops and interviews with users. <br />3. Conduct site visits to current Road Maintenance Facility and Project Site. <br />4. Phone calls as needed for the KPG to clarify project requirements. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Code analysis, including known site utilization constraints. <br />2. Summary of workshops and interviews. <br />Assumptions: <br />1. One workshop of up to four (4) hours induration, including user interviews at the County's <br />Public Works office. <br />2. Two (2) site visits up to four (4) hours in duration, to current Road Maintenance Facility and <br />Project Site. <br />3. The County will provide available information in electronic format. <br />4. The County will have staff available for interview & data collection at meeting and site <br />visits. <br />5. The County will identify during this task if the mountain rescue team will require space and <br />what that space will be used for. <br />6. The new site is within the Cie Elum UGA and the Authority Having Jurisdiction will be the <br />City of Cie Elum. <br />TASK 3 — PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT <br />Objective: Develop a Program Document summarizing the findings from Task 2, illustrating the <br />space requirements for each building/structure. <br />1. Prepare a draft Program Document. <br />2. Provide an internal QA/QC review. <br />3. Present the draft Program Document to the County. <br />4.
